What Schools Could Be Podcast is run by Josh Reppun, a local educational rabble rouser in Hawaii. He bases his inquiry on the fabulous book by Ted Dintersmith of the same name and talks to all sorts of fun people. I was honored to get to be spend time with him in my transition from Punahou to Keystone Academy and reflect on all I learned from Punahou and Hawai'i. This is a video of a Punahou Commencement-- a very unique and beautiful experience. You can hear the speech I gave presenting the class for their diplomas around the 43:10 mark. |
This is a video produced about Punahou's aspirations as it entered what ended up being a successful comprehensive campaign a number of years back. I love the combination of alums challenging their beloved school to evolve to be the school the world and kids need. |

This is a movie I made years ago to help my students understand the pros and cons on over use of online translators. |
